Election ’08: How is it Out There?

06blog-raleighI hope you guys have or are on your way to vote. How’s it going out there? I’ve heard lots of stories about lines, first time voters and even a few problems at the polls. Share your stories here.

  1. I voted early, 15-minute wait, no problem whatsoever.

Everyone here is voting for McCain. Socialism. Abortion. Homosexuality. It’s depressing, the things you hear.

  2. I voted around 11am and there was only one person in line in front of me. I live in the city and it’s primarily Democratic, so there were few McCain signs around. But that changed as you went outside of the city. Luckily though, we have tons of polling places here so it seems most people were in and out pretty. The only bummer? My place didn’t have any of the “I Voted” stickers!
